For over 15 years our
award-winning ice creams and sorbets have been made in
Cornwall in the traditional way.
Most of the operation is
carried out by hand, but we use the most modern and
hygenic machines where necessary.
Our artisan-based method
gives a much denser product with more substance on the
palate, bringing out the intensity of the flavours.
Freshly made every day
using locally sourced Cornish milk and cream. treleavens
use only the finest ingredients - fresh fruit and
natural flavourings. You can really taste the
difference.
