How we make our sorbet
Step 1 We start by preparing the fruits in the evening and leave the mix overnight to allow for all the water and sugars to blend together. We use around 2 kilos of fruit to every 6-8 litres of sorbet mix.
Step 2 From then it is a similar process to making ice cream, we just use different products and don’t add any diary. The mixture is churned by the same machine as the ice cream, which gives it a creamy texture when finished.
Step 3 We start by preparing the fruits in the evening and leave the mix overnight (a minimum of 30 mins) to allow for all the water and sugars to blend together. We use around 2 kilos of fruit to every 6-8 litres of sorbet mix.
