Trewithen Dairy
Trewithen Dairy is a family business run by Bill and Rachel Clarke, who have been farming at Greymare Farm near Lostwithiel since 1985.
They made their first pot of clotted cream in 1993 and since then have expanded their business to provide fresh dairy products to shops, restaurants and hotels all over Cornwall and the South West.
Every morning we have a delivery of fresh milk and cream from Trewithen Dairy, who provide us with a specific fat content.
Marcantonio
Marcantio foods is one of the UK's largest ice cream suppliers, having been in business for over a century. The company prides themselves in introducing many new concepts of ice cream to the UK.
They provide us with our PreGel which is an Italian flavour paste and of the higest quality. In our ice creams and sorbets we use Pre Gel to intensify the flavours, which are typically blended with fresh fruit and ingredients.
Marcantonio also supply us with our wide variety of ice cream cones.
Tamar View Fruiterers
Tamar Fruits is a family business established in 1988 by Francis Barrett and is now run by his sons David, Nigel and Ian. They deliver fresh, seasonal produce to businesses in Cornwall and Devon.
They supply us with all our fresh fruit when it is in season. We also use a lot of their fruit, which we slice and freeze, for the toppings of our ice creams and sorbets.
Bay Tree Candies
Bay Tree Candies are expert sweet manufacturers based in the factory next door to ours. They produce a wide variety of sweets and chocolates as well as creating new products for specific requirements.
For us they make fudge pips and honeycomb. Their products are so fresh that they can be made one day and used in our ice cream the next.
Our suppliers
We source all of our ingredients from local suppliers around Cornwall and the South West, to ensure that all our produce is the highest quality, making our ice cream is the best it can be.
