Trewithen Dairy makes a daily delivery from its farm just seven miles away. Bill and Rachel Clarke are legends in their own dairy and we wouldn’t chose any other cream and milk to make our frozen desserts.
As well as Italian fruit pulps, we use IQF fruit, which is ‘individually quick-frozen’ at its peak ripeness, straight from the farm. This is the method used by top chefs all over the world to guarantee freshness, nutrients and consistency, and we stick by it.
Our Sweet Additions
Bay Tree Candies, our old neighbour in Looe, makes sweet treats like fudge and toffee pips to amuse your palate. Their sugar-coated goodies are so fresh they are often blended into our ice cream the day after they are made, after being delivered from just 20 miles away.
