Many of our flavourings are imported in from Italy – the home of gelato and global destination for ice cream lovers.
We take our inspiration from the Italians when we create our ice cream. It’s what separates us from other producers. As our ice cream freezes, we avoid adding air bubbles to boost the volume of our mixture. The result is a lower proportion of air in the end product, giving it rich and creamy texture, just like gelato.
